    • Personalized/Customized Books: This is where your family's unique narrative truly comes alive. We take the rich, historical tapestry of your ancestral name and expertly integrate your cherished memories, unique stories, personal photographs, and significant dates. The result is a bespoke physical book that is a one-of-a-kind tribute to your family's journey, blending the grand sweep of history with your intimate lineage and ensuring your irreplaceable stories are captured for future generations.

Ordering & Payments

  • A: Due to the custom, personalized, and nature of our products and our immediate processing to begin crafting your unique book, we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Shipping & Delivery

    • Standard Surname Heritage Books & Merchandise: Orders for these items are typically processed within 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

    • Personalized/Customized Books: Production begins only after your digital proof has been approved (as detailed in your Personalized Book Agreement and our Terms of Service). Once approval is confirmed, the production and processing time for your personalized book is also typically 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping times. Large orders or peak seasons may require additional processing time.

  • A: We know you're eager to receive your book! Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. They do not include the order processing time mentioned above.

    • Domestic (USA) Standard Shipping: Typically 14-21 business days.

    • Domestic (USA) Expedited Shipping: Typically 5-10 business days (if offered).

    • International Shipping:

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we recommend checking your local customs office for more information.

  • A: We want you to stay informed every step of the way. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the journey of your treasured book directly through the carrier's website.

  • A: We understand the concern if a package goes astray. If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, or if your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate an inquiry. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at support@ancestrio.pub within 3 days of the last tracking update (or estimated delivery date, whichever is later) so we can assist in investigating the situation. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, your failure to claim the package, or refusal to pay duties, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.   • A: As all sales are final, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction with the quality of your product is paramount. In specific cases of product damage during shipping or manufacturing defects, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

If your order arrives damaged or contains a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@ancestrio.pub within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will diligently review your claim and, if approved, may offer a replacement to ensure you receive a flawless product.

  • A: To ensure your personalized heirloom is exactly as you envision, we emphasize the critical importance of careful proof review. For Personalized Books, we provide digital proofs for your thorough review and final approval. Therefore, we are not responsible for any errors (typos, omissions, design discrepancies) that were present in the digital proof you approved, and replacements will not be issued in such cases. Your approval signifies your acceptance of the final design.
